For expertly executed crispy thin-crust pizza, head to Wan Chai’s hot new Alice Pizza. This is the first Asian outpost of the famed Roman pan pizza specialist, hailed as one of Italy’s best pizza chains. Pies here are baked in large, rectangular tins, sliced to order and sold by weight. The menu covers classic flavours and more innovative creations such as Carbonara, Truffle and Salmone. Be sure to leave room for some Nutella Pizza!

LUMA

The latest venture from LUBUDS Group, LUMA, goes beyond being a one-trick dining destination and aims to become the premier stage for spotlighting the best in Hong Kong’s F&B scene. Kicking off the inaugural programme is a tasting menu collaboration with two-Michelin-starred chef Bjoern Alexander Panek (previously of Octavium), available until the end of September.

Tomacado

Established in 2015 with 12 branches across mainland China, Tomacado makes its first appearance in Hong Kong with flair.
