Black Sheep’s Summer Festival Returns

Gear up for one last summer fling with Black Sheep! This five-day send-off to summer features all-new experiences and the grand opening of the F&B group’s The Majestic Garden. This year’s Summer Festival lineup includes an Under 30 Diner’s Night at BELON, the return of Bueno’s Aires Polo Club’s Polo Brunch, a SoHo Cocktail Crawl, The Majestic Garden Gala at Grand Majestic Sichuan and more.

A Mad Food Tour with Simran Savlani

A Spark of Madness cookbook author Simran Savlani is sharing her love for the city and its hidden food gems with her first round of Mad Food Tours. Join Simran as she takes you to her favourite dai pai dongs and cha chaan tengs of Sheung Wan and Sai Ying Pun, focusing on vegetarian Asian food (including some dishes that inspired her own recipes!).

Noi’s New Autumn Menu

This autumn, Michelin-starred Noi at Four Seasons will showcase a glorious bounty of seafood, root vegetables and citric fruits from all around the globe. Highlights from the updated tasting menu include a silky smooth chawanmushi starring Alaskan king crab, Scottish blue lobster with Japanese pumpkin purée, and a rum gelato topped with Oscietra Caviar and a drizzle of mole. We’ve also got to give a special shoutout to the bread course that features the restaurant’s Parker House-style rolls with flavoured whipped sour cream and butter.

Feather & Bone FABulous Pie Wars

We spy some scrumptious pies coming out of the Feather & Bone kitchens. Over the month of September, you can dive into six signature pies, specially crafted by six of Feather & Bone’s talented head chefs and served at their respective dining outlets. Don’t miss flavours like Osso Bucco, Smoked Beef, Seafood Chowder, Chicken Truffle and more. As the cherry on top, for every special pie ordered during Pie Wars month, Feather & Bone will give $5 to the group’s registered charity (the FAB Foundation) to donate to Make-A-Wish Hong Kong.

Burger Circus Celebrate International Cheeseburger Day

We love a good combo deal! Yunnan Wild Mushroom Feast At Mott 32

For one night only, Mott 32 highlights the versatility of Yunnan mushrooms. The end-of-summer seasonal menu presents an exquisite harvest of wild mushrooms in a variety of preparations. Paired with a series of yellow wine from Gu Yue Long Shan, enjoy dishes such as Tossed Bamboo Fungus with Fresh Lily Bulbs and Goji Berry, Matsutake Mushroom Rice Soup and Wok-Fried Porcini Mushroom with Yunnan Wild Boar Meat.

Clarence’s Keto Menu

As part of Clarence’s Summer Health Campaign, Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer has collaborated with Ketogenic Asia’s co-founder Oliver Smith to create a special Keto Menu. Only 1,088 calories in total, the menu includes dishes such as Alaskan King Crab Legs, Chilean Sea Bass & Tandoori, and Pork Pluma & Gribiche (a dish that features the rarest cut of Iberian pork).
